How Avaxtocks Works

Avaxtocks is a launchpad on Avalanche where anyone can create a token paired with an approved asset, including tokenized stocks, WAVAX, or USDC. Every coin is created the same way, by the same contract, with liquidity locked at launch. This page covers exactly how it works.

Overview

What Avaxtocks Is

Avaxtocks is a launchpad on Avalanche where anyone can create a token paired with an approved asset, tokenized stocks, WAVAX, or USDC. Every coin is created the same way, in one transaction, by the same factory contract.

Each coin has a fixed supply with no further minting, 100% of the supply goes into the pool at launch, and there are no owner privileges once the coin is live, no taxes, no blacklists, and no pause switch. Liquidity is locked at launch and cannot be withdrawn.

Mechanics

What a Launch Is

Creating a coin deploys the contract, opens the pool, and locks the position, all in one transaction. The creator gets no hidden allocation: the entire supply is seeded into the pool at launch.

Creators can optionally include a dev buy at the opening price in the same transaction, so they can start with a real position instead of an empty wallet. The size of that buy is capped by the contract, so no creator can quietly claim an outsized share of their own launch.

Pairing

Pair Assets

Coins on Avaxtocks pair against a whitelist of approved assets, not just AVAX. That includes tokenized stocks and ETFs issued on Avalanche C-Chain, alongside WAVAX and USDC.

Trading

Fees and Distribution

Every trade pays a 1.2% fee, split between the creator and the platform. The platform share funds operations and buybacks.

Creator0.80%
Platform0.40%

With a referrer attached to the trade, the split shifts slightly: 0.75% to the creator, 0.05% to the referrer, and 0.40% stays with the platform. Either way, the total fee is always 1.2%.

Fees accrue in the pair asset the coin trades against and are claimed from the dashboard. These percentages are constants in the contract, there is no setter to change them later.

Liquidity

Why the LP Can't Move

The pool position is held by a dedicated locking contract. That contract has no withdraw, approve, transfer, or decreaseLiquidity function, and no owner or admin address that could call one even if it existed. It is not upgradeable.

The lock is permanent because there is no release function anywhere in the contract, not because of a time delay or a date in the future. There is nothing to wait out.

Trading

Buying With AVAX

The trade panel takes AVAX directly. The router wraps it and swaps in a single transaction, so buying with AVAX never needs a separate approval step.

Under the Hood

Contracts

Avaxtocks runs on four contract roles:

Questions

FAQ

No. The pool position is held by a locking contract with no withdraw, approve, transfer, or decreaseLiquidity function, and no owner or admin. There is no release function, so the lock is permanent, not time-based.
